Ingredients

Rolled Oats Chia seeds Vanilla Greek yogurt Vanilla extract Unsweetened Coconut Milk.

Place the the rolled oats, milk, chia seeds, Greek yogurt, and pure vanilla extract in a mason jar.

Stir the ingredients until the oats are covered in liquid.

Tightly place the lid on and refrigerate overnight.

In the morning, stir in maple syrup and extra milk to loosen up the oats.

You can eat the oats out of the jar or pour into a bowl.

Enjoy plain or with your favorite toppings.
