This Avocado Chicken Salad with Greek Yogurt is one of my favorite quick healthy lunches to make throughout the week. It’s so rich and creamy that you won’t believe you’re eating a healthy chicken salad without mayo!

Ingredients

Greek Yogurt Avocado Seasonings Chopped or Shredded chicken Red onion & Celery Lime juice

Add mash avocado to a bowl with plain Greek yogurt and seasonings.

Stir until blended and smooth.

Add in the chicken, red onion, and celery.

Stir all of the ingredients together until blended.

Squeeze fresh lime juice into the chicken salad. Give it another quick stir.

Season with salt and pepper and then it's ready to serve.

Keep the avocado chicken salad low carb and serve over greens.

Or wrap it in a tortilla or low carb wrap.
