I have a lot going on today so I am going to keep my menu plan post short and to the point.
Exercise has been a struggle for me this last week. Not sure if it is the weather or what but I am finding it hard to get motivated. However, even thought I feeling very lazy, I still managed to get in some exercise 3 times this week. To me this is good considering I really did not feel like it.
This week I am going to keep pushing myself with exercising. Summer is right around the corner and I know I will regret it if I don’t make exercise a priority right now. There are lots of cute sundresses I want to wear this summer.
The last couple weeks I have been really good about prepping my menu plan ahead of time. Let me tell you this makes all the difference in keeping my days stress-free and healthy food in my tummy. I love looking in my refrigerator and seeing meals prepared for the week. Love it!
This weeks menu should not be to difficult to prep ahead of time. I plan to spend a couple hours today getting my meals and snacks ready. Like always check out my facebook page as I post pictures and links to the recipes I am making.

Love your site and all the helpful tips! I committed to starting a 12-wk fitness program. (Fingers crossed) I got a great deal on organic zucchini and yellow squash so we will have Italian style veggie stuffed potatoes tomorrow. All potatoes go in the slow cooker on low before work and veggies are already chopped. Fill them up with marinara sauce & veggies! Yum!!

Hi Tammy,
I’m so excited about your site, I plan to get really organized with your ideas. So far for menus this week, I just cooked a chicken which we’ll have tonite and probably get 1- 2 more meals out of that, while that was cooking I made a spinach lasagna and a meatloaf for later this week. I came home between my split shift just to do this because I’m so tired of being stressed about dinner. I’m just getting started so I am excited about branching out and freezing meals ahead. I have a husband that sneaks in junk food and doughnuts too and he needs to lose more weight than me. I’ve lost 25 but want to lose 20 more and just continue to eat clean for the rest of my life, Again, I so love your sight, looking forward to healthier days, thank you!!
