Okay lets first talk about exercise. Even though I am home for the next couple months I really did not want to get out of the habit of exercising first thing in the morning. Mostly, because I still have a lot I want to get done during the day and if I don’t work out till after I drop the kids off at school then I feel like half my day is done. So I am still exercising when I wake up and then getting ready as if I am leaving for work. I do have some quirks to work out with working from home, cleaning my house, and getting the million projects I want to get done but I am confident I will figure this work from home thing out. It is amazing how fast 6 hours can go by before my kids need to get picked up. I always feel like I did so much but accomplished nothing.
Here is my exercise schedule this week.
