Hi everyone! I hope you had a nice weekend. I can’t believe it is time for me to post my meal plan already. Seriously, these weeks go by so fast and the weekends go by even faster. Well let’s get right to it because mama is busy today!
Here is my weigh in.
SW: 177
GW: 130
LWW: 148

I lost 3lbs this week!! Yay! Now I wish I could say that I was working out machine and that I ate a perfect diet of lettuce wraps and smoothies. But if I did I would be lying. I actually had a bad stomach ache all week and barely ate anything. I did exercise twice but I think my lack of appetite had more to do with my weight loss. But stomachache or not 3lbs is 3lbs. My goal is to keep that off and lose another 2 this week. Fingers crossed!
My exercise schedule is going to be the same as last week. Slow and steady.
Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday
Cardio
Treadmill – 45 minutes (10 minute warm up, 20 minute run, 10 minute powerwalk on inline, and 5 minute cool down)
Core
2 – 3 (30 second planks) – These are killer!
3 reps of 8 russian twists.
Legs
10 – 12 reps of the single leg side squat using my exercise ball
Arms
8 – 10 reps of the lying chest fly using my exercise ball
