Well my summer vacation is FINALLY here! This last month dragged and was somewhat torturous but I made it and now look forward to 2 months off of work. I am so excited and grateful to have this time to spend – not only on my family – but also on bringing many goals that I have for Organize Yourself Skinny to fruition. These next couple months are going to be awesome!
According to some conversation on the OYS Facebook page it seems that many people – including me – are looking to June as a “getting started” or “getting refocused” month. Not that I am glad to see other people struggling these last couple months with their weight loss goals but it is refreshing to know I am not the only one. I think this time of year is just busy and it becomes difficult to keep up with the demands of work, kids, and life. But no worries, everyone gets off track at times. The important thing is to get back on and keep moving forward.
Here is my exercise schedule this week.

You have such a great attitude about getting off track! I do really well for awhile, miss a day or two, and then I seem to be done for a really long time. I’ve heard it likened to being on a trip and taking a wrong turn. If you discover you are heading in the wrong direction, you don’t just keep going. You turn around and get back on the right road. Thanks for the reminder that that is exactly what I need to do. Keep up the good work and thanks for encouraging the rest of us.
