I’ve been a Thrive Market subscriber since 2015 and I’ve purchased numerous items over the years. However, when I look back at my orders I can see there are 4 items that always end up in my cart. Many readers ask what my favorite things to purchase from Thrive Market are. Here they are!

Before jumping into the 4 items I always purchase I want to give a quick background on Thrive Market. If you need more information then check out my full Thrive Market review
Thrive Market is an online grocery store that offers natural and organic foods, household items, hygiene products, make-up, along with other items at comparable prices you’d find at your local grocery store.
Thrive Market function on a membership system. Currently, the yearly membership is $59. The thought process is that the membership fee allows them to purchase items in bulk and then pass that savings onto their customer. Like I said, I think the prices are very comparable to local grocery store prices but are not what I consider to be “wholesale” prices. With that said, I do feel Thrive Market offers a very nice selection of natural and organic items that’d be difficult to find in stores.
Even though I have access to numerous grocery stores I continue to be a member for a few different reasons.
I’m all about convenience. I appreciate that I can go online and purchase the organic items I need without leaving the house. Also, many items I purchase from Thrive Market are often hard to find in stores. I can’t tell you the number of times I’d go to Wegmans or Whole Foods to get vitamins, or whatever, and they’d be out of stock. As a busy working mom, this is super annoying. With Thrive Market I don’t waste time driving all over trying to find the items I need.
Thrive Market prices are very comparable (if not cheaper) that my local grocery stores. Not to mention they send coupons every month or so and always have sales on popular products like cliff bars, luna bars, spices, and everything else they offer. I get notifications daily, through email and their app, about sales or promotions. The only issue is you need to plan ahead because it takes 3-4 days to get your order. So if you need something right away then Thrive Market won’t work. But if plan ahead then it’s a great way to save time and money.
It’s super easy to research and find specialty products at Thrive Market. This is one of the things I find most helpful using Thrive Market. They carry a lot of items I’ve never used or heard of before so it’s nice to read up on products along with the reviews. They also provide articles that offer more information and tutorials on using certain items or ingredients. I’ve found this to be very helpful when looking for vitamins or supplements. Honestly, I like this more than trying to talk to employees when shopping in a store because often they’re not well-versed on many of the products they sell. I feel I can make a well-informed decision when I’m researching items on Thrive Market.
Now you might be wondering why don’t I just purchase everything from Amazon? Isn’t it cheaper? More variety?
My answer to this is…it depends…
Yes, I do purchase some things from Amazon but I find that often times products I need are out of stock or being offered from “other sellers”. Not that I have an issue with “other sellers” on Amazon but when I purchase things like vitamins, supplements, or other organic products I like to purchase from a trusted source.
Thrive Market offers competitive prices and I know I can trust it’s all coming from one place.
But again, I do purchase from Amazon it just depends on the product and price.
Also, Thrive Market offers a Thrive Market Brand on many organic foods and products. So this makes it super affordable to purchase high-quality items. You can’t get the this brand from Amazon.
The Thrive Market brand alone makes the membership completely worth it. They offer great prices on tons of organic food and household items.
Okay, let’s go over the 4 items I always purchase from Thrive Market. Now, this list isn’t mind-blowing by any means. However, these are the items that have made their way into my cart more than anything else.
4 Thrive Market Items I Purchase All the Time
The first item I purchase regularly are these Garden of Life MYKind organics whole food vitamins. I purchase the 40+ for men and women.
My husband and I have been taking these for about 3 years now and love them. We both feel they make a huge difference in our health. Personally, I feel they have done wonders with managing my hormones as I’ve gotten older. If you’re over 40 and looking for a multivitamin I highly recommend these.
With all the grocery stores I have in my area, I’ve only seen these vitamins at Whole Foods and they were about $15 more expensive. Not to mention there was only a small supply. So, it’s likely they’d be out of stock if I drove to get them. I’ve never seen these vitamins at Wegmans, Target, Tops, or Walmart. I guess I could search around for a natural food or vitamin store but, seriously, who has time for that.
Ordering them at Thrive Market assures I have them and at a good price. I also purchase my daughter’s vitamins from there too. I’d say vitamins are probably the number 1 reason I stay a subscriber.
If you’re looking for vitamins or supplements Thrive Market has an awesome selection of the best organic and whole food brands. There are tons of reviews to decide which one is best for you.
The second item I purchase often is the Thrive Market Brand Collagen Peptides.
When I decided to start taking collagen I had no idea where to start. There were so many to choose from and some of the brands were super pricey. I found the Thrive Market brand which is only $24.99 for a 20-ounce pouch. This is a great price for grass-fed collagen peptides and also has great reviews. In fact, the reviews were the reason I decided to give it a try. Well, I’m on my 3rd bag!
The third item I purchase from Thrive Market is Simply Organic Spices. I know this might seem a little odd because spices are so readily available. But, here’s why I purchase them from Thrive Market…
First, I can get Simply Organic spices cheaper at Thrive Market because I always use a coupon. Not to mention this last batch of spices I got was 30% off, plus I had a coupon so I got them for super cheap.
Second, my local grocery store is always out of the spices I need and I don’t have time to drive around town for garlic powder. So, anytime I put an order in I throw some spices into my cart.
The last item I purchase all the time are KIND bars. My family eats KIND bars like it’s their job. So while I do purchase these from the store I will stock up on KIND bars when I put an order in.
KIND Bars prices are comparable to what I can find in local grocery stores. However, when I have a coupon I always get them at a better price at Thrive Market than in the stores. So, again, when I put an order in I throw in a couple of box of KIND Bars.
These are my 4 favorite items I purchase all the time. Of course, I do get other things here and there but like I said these are the 4 things that I’ve bought the most over the years.
Some other items I’ve purchased are:
Bob’s Red Mill Gluten-free Steel Cut Oats
Annie’s Macaroni and Cheese
Wild Planet Tuna
Thrive Market Coconut Oil
KIND Granola and Breakfast Bars
Vega Protein Powder and Shakes
Seventh Generation Maxi Pads
If you’re trying to switch over to more organic products and feeling a little overwhelmed by everything in the store, or maybe you can’t find what you’re looking for, then give Thrive Market a try,
