Buffalo Chicken Chili

This Buffalo Chicken Chili takes all of Buffalo chicken wings’ spicy, delicious flavors and transforms them into a hearty slow cooker chili recipe! Make it for a cozy Sunday or your next football party!

Ingredients

Onions, garlic, carrots, and celery. Spices Tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, and tomato paste Ground chicken Chicken broth Cannellini beans Franks hot sauce Blue cheese crumbles

Step 1: Heat olive oil in a large skilled and then cook the onions, garlic, carrots, and celery until the onions are translucent and veggies are fragrant.

Step 2: Stir in the spices and cook for another minute or until fragrant.

Step 3: Stir in the tomato past and cook for another minute.

Step 4: Add the chicken stock and scrape up any bits in the pan.

Step 5: Add the vegetables mixture to the slow cooker.

Step 6: Add the ground chicken, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, white kidney beans, and leftover chicken stock into the slow cooker.

Step 7: Mix all of the ingredients together.

Step 8: Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or high for 3-4 hours

Step 8: Sprinkle the top of each bowl of chili with crumbled blue cheese and enjoy!
