The Best Buffalo  Chicken Soup  Recipe

This buffalo chicken soup takes all your favorite hot chicken wing flavors and transforms them into a delicious and creamy spicy soup!

Ingredients

Boneless skinless chicken breasts Carrots, onions, celery, and garlic Flour Onion & garlic powder Chicken stock Cream cheese Blue cheese crumbles Frank's hot sauce

Cook the onions, carrots, and celery for 4-5 minutes or until the onion is translucent

Add flour, garlic powder, and onion powder to the pot.

Stir until combined.

Add broth and chicken breasts.

Bring to a boil and then simmer until chicken cooks.

Remove the chicken and shredded.

Add back into the soup with the cream cheese, blue cheese, and hot sauce.

Stir until the cream cheese, and blue cheese melts into the soup.

Ladle the soup into bowls.

Garnish with more blue cheese crumbles, tomatoes, etc.
