Lean ground beef Hamburger Seasoning Spices Worcestershire sauce Whole grain macaroni Butter and flour Milk and chicken stock Shredded cheddar cheese Grated romano

Bring to a boil a large pot of salted water. Add the macaroni and cook for 5 minutes.

Drain and place the al dente pasta into a 9 x 13 casserole dish. Set aside.

Add the ground beef to a hot skillet. Use lean 95/5 or 90/10 ground beef.

Break the meat into small pieces as it cook. When there’s a little bit of pink left; stir in the hamburger seasoning, seasonings, and Worcestershire sauce.

Add the cooked ground beef to the casserole dish with the pasta

Use the same pot that you used to make the macaroni to make the sauce. Start by making the roux

Once the sauce begins to bubble (not boil), remove from heat and slowly stir in cheddar and romano cheese.

Stir until the cheese completely melts. Then taste for salt.
