Ingredients

Lean Ground Beef Seasonings Worcestershire Sauce. Ketchup & Mustard Parmesan Cheese Shredded Cheddar Brown Rice Tomato Sauce Beef Broth Bell Peppers

Step 1: Get out a large skillet and cook the ground beef over medium-high heat, breaking it into small pieces as it cooks.

Step 2: When the meat is almost done cooking season it with salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, mustard, onion powder, granulated garlic, and parmesan cheese.

Step 3: Place the tomato sauce, shredded cheese, and brown rice into a large mixing bowl.

Step 4: Add ground beef mixture into the bowl with the other ingredients.

Step 5: Mix until all of the ingredients are combined.

Step 6: Stuff each bell pepper with the ground beef mixture, top the peppers with the remaining cheese and line up in a casserole dish. Pour in the beef broth.

Step 7: Cover the baking dish tightly with foil and bake in a 400 degree oven for 40- 50 minutes or until peppers are tender.

Step 8: Remove the foil and serve the stuffed peppers hot.

These cheeseburger stuffed peppers can be assembled and cooked during the week or make completely on Sunday to heat and eat all week.
