Easy Beef and Broccoli Recipe

This Easy Beef and Broccoli recipe comes together quickly during the week for a deliciously easy one-pot weeknight dinner. It reheats great, so add this easy beef and broccoli stir fry into your meal prep rotation.

Ingredients

Stir-fry sauce Steak Broccoli florets Oil Beef broth Cornstarch

Start by making the homemade stir-fry sauce. This can be done a day or two ahead.

Cut the steak into strips and season with salt and pepper. Cook in a hot pan.

Cooking the beef in batches will help the meat get a sear.

In the same pan add the broccoli and cook for 4-5 minutes until the broccoli is bright green and tender-crisp

Whisk together the beef broth and corn starch to make a slurry.

Add the slurry and stir fry sauce to the pan with the broccoli. Simmer until sauce thickens.

Add in the steak strips and toss to coat with the sauce. Cook until hot.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions and serve with brown rice or cauliflower rice.

Add beef, broccoli, and rice to glass containers to make meal prep bowls for the week.
