Ingredients

Shrimp Brown rice Garlic and ginger Frozen stir-fry mix Teriyaki sauce Soy sauce Sesame oil Chili oil

Step 1: Stir together the shrimp, garlic, ginger, and one tablespoon olive oil in a small bowl.

Step 2: Cook shrimp in olive oil over medium heat until pink.

Step 3: Put in a bowl with teriyaki sauce. Cook eggs in same pan and then add to bowl.

Step 4: Add the frozen vegetables to the same pan and cook on medium-high heat until vegetables are heated through. Drain liquid.

Step 5: Cook rice in sesame oil for a few minutes and then add in the shrimp, eggs, and veggies.

Step 6: Stir and cook for another 2 minutes until hot.

Step 7: Serve with extra soy sauce or chili oil.
