Ingredients

Onions and mushrooms Bread and milk. Eggs Ground turkey Pizza sauce Turkey pepperoni Shredded mozzarella cheese Grated Romano cheese Seasonings Worcestershire sauce

Step 1: Add the mushrooms and onions in a hot pan with olive oil.

Step 2: Sauté the onions and mushrooms until the onions are translucent and the mushrooms are soft.

Step 3: Mash together the bread and milk into a paste.

Step 4: Stir in the eggs.

Step 5: To the bowl with bread paste add the ground turkey, pizza sauce, pepperoni, mozzarella cheese, spices, Worcestershire sauce, and romano cheese.

Step 6: Mix all of the pizza meatloaf ingredients.

Step 7: Add the cooled mushroom and onion mixture. Lightly mix together.

Step 8: Form into a loaf on a baking sheet. Spread pizza sauce over the top.

Step 9: Place in 375 degree oven for 60 minutes.

Step 10: Sprinkle cheese and pepperoni on top of the cooked meatloaf.

Step 11: Broil for 2-3 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the pepperoni gets crisp.
