Ingredients

White Whole Wheat Flour Minute oats Baking powder & soda Cinnamon Salt Coconut Sugar Eggs Coconut Milk Vanilla Coconut oil Canned pumpkin Apple Cranberries Walnuts

Step 1: Whisk together the white whole wheat flour, minute oats, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Set the dry ingredients aside.

Step 2: In a bowl add the eggs, coconut oil, sugar, vanilla, and milk

Step 3: Whisk together until smooth.

Step 4: Add the canned pumpkin to the other wet ingredients.

Step 5: Whisk together until smooth.

Step 6: Pour wet pumpkin mixture into the dry.

Step 7: Give the ingredients a few stirs just until the dry ingredients are moist.

Step 8: Add the chopped apple, unsweetened cranberries, and walnuts to the top of the batter.

Step 9: Slowly stir until evenly distributed throughout the batter

Step 10: Pour the batter into a bread pan that’s been coated with cooking spray.

Step 11: Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the bread sets in the middle. Remove from the oven and let the bread cool in the pan for about 5 minutes.

Step 12: Take the bread out of the pan and place it on a wire cooling rack to cool completely.

Step 13: Cut into slices and enjoy with a hot cup of coffee.
