Pumpkin  Overnight Oats

Pumpkin overnight oats are the perfect meal prep breakfast. Made with pumpkin puree, greek yogurt, and pumpkin pie spice and sweetened with  maple syrup these pumpkin pie overnight oats are tasty!

Ingredients

Rolled oats Canned pumpkin Greek yogurt Chia seeds Pumpkin pie spice Pure maple syrup Vanilla extract Coconut milk

Place rolled oats, chia seeds, and pumpkin pie spice into a mason jar. Stir.

Add the canned pumpkin and Greek yogurt.

Pour in the coconut milk and stir until the oats are soaking in the liquid.

Tightly place the lid on and refrigerate overnight.

In the morning, add more milk if you need too.

Eat from the jar or pour in a bowl. Add toppings and enjoy.
