Ingredients

Ground Turkey Onion powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning Worcestershire sauce Bell peppers Beef broth Tomato sauce  Diced tomatoes

Step 1: Start by heating the olive oil in a large pot. Then add the turkey.

Step 2: Break the turkey into small pieces as it cooks. Cook until no longer pink.

Step 3: Stir in the onion powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Add the peppers.

Step 4: Stir the turkey and peppers together and cook for about 3-5 minutes or until the peppers are softened.

Step 5: Pour in the beef stock, tomato sauce, and diced tomatoes.

Step 6: Bring to a boil and then simmer for about 30 minutes

Step 7: Stir in the rice

Step 8: Cook for another 10 minutes or until the rice is tender.
